The "Taqaseem on the Oud" workshop offers participants a unique opportunity to learn oud playing techniques with a practical focus on taqaseem. Through this workshop, participants will have the chance to listen to live taqaseem and diverse recordings, helping them understand how to apply these techniques on the oud.

The workshop begins with listening to different taqaseem on the oud, where the methods and tones used within various maqams are analysed. After listening and analysis, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in interactive discussions, which deepens their understanding of the artistic and musical aspects of playing.

The workshop concludes with a group performance session, where participants apply what they have learned to a specific maqam under the supervision of the instructor.
