Mastering is the art of polishing and readying a song before commercial release. And using Pro Tools, the attendee shall learn, in a jargon-free manner, to apply each element of the basic mastering chain using native plugins, as well as third party plugins from Waves and iZotope in this hands-on workshop.

Workshop Objective:
To understand and intelligently apply the elements of the mastering chain to be able to master songs across different genres, using industry-standard software and plugins. By the end of the workshop, the attendee will have mastered two songs on his/her own.

Expected Outcomes:
To be able to churn out a high-quality master within a limited time frame within the loudness standards of the industry, to improve one's critical listening, and through relevant references on streaming platforms such as YouTube and Apple Music.
