Introduction to Film Scoring

Music is what drives a film and provides the thrust and the emotional intelligence of it. Using Logic Pro, the attendee will work on two different types of scenes – one drama scene and one action scene – to produce their own scores, via the use of markers and the apt samples and loops, and also exploiting the features of Kontakt.

What You’ll Learn:

How to use Logic Pro to score, and to instill an understanding as to the thought processes involved in scoring a visual scene, and the dynamics between the director/producer and composer.
