Cecil Vineet Abhishek
is a six-time Global Music Awards winning composer, engineer, and teacher. Thrice nominated at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards, Cecil started playing the piano at the age of three - which continues to be his main instrument - and since then has gone on to perform various other instruments - notably the flute, the performances of which can also be heard in the films 'Bharat (2019)' and 'Sye Raa Narasimhaa Reddy (2019)'. He has worked as additional composer, orchestrator for 'Tiger Zinda Hai (2017)', 'Bharat (2019)', 'Sye Raa Narasimhaa Reddy (2019)' and 'Housefull 4 (2019)', and has written and produced the one song ('En Avey Nef Alore') for the Spanish Animated short 'Palomitas (2018)' which won the award for 'Best Original Music' at the FILMETS Badalona Film Festival. He has taught piano, music production and theory, and composition to students aged between 7 and 45. Cecil has authored two books – A pop number-based music theory book titled ‘Play Your Songs’, and an original piano composition titled ‘December’, published by TUX People’s Music. He has also written more than seventy reviews and articles for USA-based BWH Music Group.
