Through the ages, music has been dealt with as a linguistic phenomenon by both linguistics and phonetics scientists.
In this workshop, we try to introduce the Arab Music System, through Arab Grammar and Morphology.
The workshop is divided into two parts:
The first is a Historical and Geographic introduction through listening and written documentation>
The second is practical, for both specialists and nonspecialists, trying to produce melodies and rhythmic aspects through Language.
