The concert “Saudi Music Memory – Hajj Anthems” is the first collaboration between the Saudi Music Hub and the Music Commission’s Saudi Music Memory Initiative. From the archives, we present you a selection of Hajj anthems, that were composed and written by Saudi artists like Siraj Omar, Fawzi Mahsoon, Ibtissam Lotfi, Omar Kadars, and Talal Madah in the late 20th century. Their words and music capture the essence of joy during the Hajj season, from the welcoming of pilgrims to the celebration of the holy season.
